After decades of entrepreneurship, consulting, and leadership, Allison saw a pattern that could no longer be ignored. Brilliant founders are burning out in businesses that should be thriving.
She reconnected with her belief that success isn’t just about systems, process, and profit; it’s about alignment and purpose. As a result, Allison built Enigma Partners to bridge the gap between strategic precision and human well-being.

Allison O’Connor
Allison is known for helping leaders see what’s actually happening inside their business, translate that truth into clear decisions, and build systems that can sustain both the company and the human at the center of it.
With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur, operator, and advisor, she’s worked through every stage of the business lifecycle—founding and scaling companies, navigating growth, and untangling organizations that looked successful on the outside but weren’t sustainable on the inside. Her approach blends strategic clarity, operational depth, and hard-earned empathy.
At Enigma Partners, Allison works with founders at pivotal moments, helping them realign strategy, systems, and leadership before small fractures become real problems. When she’s not working, Allison is usually outdoors, renovating something, or cooking for people she loves—often with her dog, Piña, close by.

When she's away from her computer, she loves the outdoors, home improvement projects, and cooking delicious meals of all types! You can always find her with her adorable doggie, Piña, who loves to join Allison on video meetings!

For more than a decade, Andrew has worked at the intersection of teaching, technology, and execution. As a professor of video game design, he’s guided thousands of students through complex creative and technical problems—helping turn abstract ideas into working systems. That same patient, rigorous, and supportive approach carries into his work with businesses.
Andrew specializes in financial and operational systems, from bookkeeping and analysis to project management and execution. Just as important, he’s steady in moments of uncertainty, listens closely, and explains things clearly.
Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted father and lifelong learner who enjoys building things, tending a garden, and refining systems until they work just right.
